is looking to hire a long-term team member as a Jr.
Project Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant.
Hours are flexible but need to be a set schedule, Monday thru Friday.
Hours would range sometime between 7 am-4:
30 pm.
We are a fast-growing family-owned tile subcontractor.
Installing commercial and residential tile and solid surfaces.

com We are looking for a candidate to join our fast-paced office staff that has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, honesty, forthcoming, solution-based thinker, friendly & professional demeanor, dependable, punctual, ability to multi-task & prioritize, with great computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, & Outlook).
Can work as part of a team as well as independently.
Eager to learn other skills and take on other duties as needed.
Can accept coaching.
Some responsibilities (but not limited to) - Review contracts to confirm the scope of work - Preparing takeoffs for residential and commercial projects - Contact vendors for material quotes - Download all project documents for new bids - Prepare bid takeoffs as assigned - Maintain contract folders organize and complete - Track bids sent out and follow-ups - Update estimating department spreadsheets - Confirm prices on orders/invoices are correct - Type/send orders - Add project dates to the calendar - Miscellaneous tasks required by the Senior Project Managers, and Estimators.

Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
We use Excel heavily for our bids.
- Contract and proposal knowledge - Outstanding organization skills.
We receive quotes, questions, invitations, etc.
for bids all throughout the day, time management and organization are key when dealing with multiple bids at one time.
- Attention to detail is very important.
- High school diploma, preferably someone with an associate degree or on-the-job experience with managing projects and/or clients and/or cases.
Even if it's a different field.
- Good communication and writing skills.
You will be communicating with General Contractors and Vendors by phone and email.
