This will be a hybrid position once the employee us fully trained.
This is a 6-12-month contract position.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for leaders Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars - Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity - Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Transcribe documents or meeting minutes as needed - Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative duties - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
) - Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
